Cognac Old Fashioned

The perfect cocktail for the summertime, or all year round!

Ingredients:

60ml Cognac Park Mizunara Cask Finish,
10ml Simple Syrup,
3 dashes Dr. Adam Elmegirab’s Orinoco Bitters

Directions:

In a mixing glass, stir all ingredents,
Strain into pre-chilled glass,

Flavour

This 100% Borderies cognac, with its soft rounded taste as well as its hints of floral reveals its power at the end of the tasting. The ageing in Japanese oak casks bring a creaminess, depth and give complex spicy notes.
